About the Campaign
The team from the Department of Housing and Public Works and the Toowoomba Housing Hub are now co-located and are now well placed to continue addressing homelessness together. Participating is a natural extension of the work we do, where we strive to assist vulnerable people in our community find stable housing and connect them to the right supports at the right team. We do this work using our ethos of Working Together with You.
